FBCHRJ aims to generate independent, policy-relevant research, legal analysis and accessible publications that inform debate and practical reform. Proposed outputs include thematic reports, policy briefs, research seminars, and periodic reviews of human rights and justice developments worldwide.
The Centre seeks to contribute evidence-based perspectives to national, regional and international policy processes, including human rights reporting, legislative reform discussions and public dialogue on justice and accountability.
FBCHRJ intends to provide workshops, executive education, professional development and mentoring for legal practitioners, public officials, researchers, civil society organisations and emerging leaders.
The Centre aims to work with local partners and communities on rights awareness, access to justice, education, safeguarding, gender equality and other context-specific needs. Programmes will be designed with community participation and appropriate safeguarding.
The Centre seeks to create spaces for informed discussion among communities, scholars, practitioners, policymakers and institutions on pressing human rights and justice challenges.
We seek partnerships that strengthen research, support practical programmes, build capacity and advance human rights and justice.
